Terms of Service & No-Refund Policy (v2.0)

YogaSetu (yogasetu.in) is operated by NexImpera. These terms apply to everyone using the site.

1. For listed trainers

YogaSetu is a listing and enquiry-forwarding platform. Listings provide profile visibility and delivery of visitor enquiries for the plan's coverage and duration. Enquiries are forwarded as submitted and are not verified, screened or guaranteed in number or quality; the same enquiry may be shared with multiple listed trainers. No calls, conversions, confirmed classes, rankings beyond the stated placement rules, or business outcomes are guaranteed. All purchases are final and non-refundable; plans are non-transferable. Visitor details are shared solely for responding to that enquiry and must not be reused, resold or added to marketing lists.
  • Plans. Starter ₹99 / 1 month (1 city), Standard ₹999 / 12 months (1 city + 1 locality), Premium ₹1,999 / 12 months (up to 3 cities + 1 locality, top placement). Coverage is chosen at checkout; we may adjust it once per term on request.
  • Placement. Premium first, then Standard, then Starter, then free approved profiles. Within a tier, locality matches rank above citywise matches; ties rotate daily.
  • Delivery. Each enquiry goes to every trainer whose active plan covers it, Premium first, up to a per-enquiry cap. Duplicates (same phone within 72 hours) are not re-sent.
  • Payments. Manual UPI. Pay the exact amount shown (including paise) and submit your 12-digit UTR and screenshot. Activation follows manual matching. Reusing a UTR is fraud and leads to suspension.
  • Approval. Profiles go live only after we review certificates and ID. We may reject, suspend or remove profiles that are false, abusive or misuse student data. A paid plan does not override approval.
  • Expiry. When a plan ends, contact details, badges and enquiry delivery stop; your free profile may remain visible.

2. For students

  • Enquiring is free. Your enquiry is shared with trainers listed for your area so they can contact you. More than one may call.
  • You deal with and pay trainers directly. YogaSetu does not run classes, takes no commission and is not party to your arrangement with a trainer.
  • We check trainer certificates and ID before profiles go live, but we cannot guarantee any trainer's conduct or results. Consult a doctor before starting yoga if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.
  • Fee board figures are ranges computed from trainer-published fees and batches; actual fees are set by each trainer.

3. General

We may update these terms; the version accepted at each purchase is recorded with that payment. Governing law: India; courts at Mumbai. Contact: mail@yogasetu.in.
