Privacy policy

We collect only what is needed to connect you with a yoga trainer, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Students: name, phone, email, locality, your goal and preferences — only when you submit an enquiry. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam control.
• Trainers: profile details, certificates and ID documents (kept private, seen only by our review team), and payment references.
• Usage: anonymous page-view counts with a first-party cookie. No advertising trackers.

Who sees your enquiry

Your enquiry is shared with yoga trainers listed for your area, solely so they can respond to it. Trainers agree not to reuse, resell or add your details to marketing lists.

Retention & your rights

You can ask us to delete your data or tell you what we hold. Use the form, or email mail@yogasetu.in. We act within 7 days. Trainers who already received an enquiry are asked to delete it too.
